Please help! I dont want to get this right!

Hello, I am currently working hard to save up for a new powerful PC this summer. I currently have around $700 dollars, and will be attending school again soon. I want a goal PC price between 1000-1300 dollars.

The parts I want are:

AMD Athlon XP 2200+ QuadSpeed
512 DDR ram
DVD
CDR Burner
Nvida gForce 4 TI 4400 or 4600
MOBO: iam not sure of (usb wanted) ASUS preferred
80 Gig HD (western digital 8mb buffer)
A good cooling system
Ethernet Card
Cheap Sound card (or on board) for now
NO monitor
NO speakers
NO mouse or key board
Operating system: XP home

I have been looking around, and I want to be sure I can get a fast and safe delivery (a week – 2 week)
One place I Been keeping an eye on us (ibuypower.com) which has good price, but not sure about shipping time.
So once again I think I can get a PC like this for around 1100-1300 dollars w/o shipping and handling.

Please help me out, I am stressed out over this; and impatiently want a new PC.!!

I just wouldn't recommend getting any of their Refurbs thO!

Tom Terrific has a fav dealer who seems to have a reasonable rep and cheap prices - I'll see it I can find the thread. Dunno what his turn around time is, though.

I want to buy the pc as a whole, and not build it. The stress of individual parts comming in is too much. michwish that pc is close but the video card is weak, i was it its site but the poor design kept me lost. Can I do a full custom pc over the phone with them?
