I recommend NewEgg to anyone with PC buying needs. I had some problems with a mobo ( from my end ) they returned it, no restocking fee, no hassle! Thanks for making my online purchasing better and easier NewEgg. 5 Starz

Just made purcase #3 with them Monday. What makes them even more awesome is I purchased from four different vendors for this system I'm about to build, and they just blow the others out of the water. I though JazzTechnology had beaten NewEgg to the "out-the-door" punch, but I was just slow getting the tracking number. Looks like they both went out in the same hour (the same time apart as the orders were made!). And NewEgg's shipment is going to arrive 2 days ahead of the next arriving order (all orders were made in less than 2 hours early Monday). That just freakin' rocks, man...and the items I picked from them all had free shipping as well. 3DayFedex 4 FREE, on a flex bones package, RAM, and CPU!
URock Newegg...I would have made all the orders from them, but the others have good reps as well (MWave, Jazz, and Best Buy...shoulda opted to pick up Best Buy's order, they're not that far away). And I saved $42 by ordering from the absolute best priced sites.
Although there was that one time I bought a SBLive at BestBuy, got it home, and most of the goodies were gone, and the only card that was in there was a TOASTED Matrox AGP card...freaked me out, especially since the entire package looked as if it was the original factory seals. I was a bit worried they'd think I was trying to rip them off, but they took the swap for another SBLive box. Somebody got a bonus that week, eh!

About 90% of my orders are at my front door in 2 days from the time I placed them (before 4pm usually)...NewEgg & FedEx are a super team!

I think I know what happened to the Best Buy card. It is not uncommon for retailers to reshrinkwrap returned products and put them back on the shelves. By law, they need to note that they have done this on the package, but sometimes they don't. Fry's Electronics resells all/most of thier returns, but they put a little white sticker on the box. So, if you go to Fry's, and if over a quarter of the boxes of any one product have the little white sticker on them-don't buy that product. In any case, probably what happened was somebody bought a SB Live! from Best Buy, had thier Matrox card go ptzzzz, and decided to see if they could get away with returning the card in the SB Live! box, which, because many people working at Best Buy are idiots, they were able to, and all Best Buy did was reshrinkwrap it. In fact, since I don't think Best Buy has ever carried any Matrox products, this must be what happened.

Man, are all you guys part of the Newegg PR department?
heh, just kidding. I agree, Newegg is a great company. I just got a free T-shirt from them in the mail, which is an excellent gesture on their part even though wearing a T-shirt saying "Soyo Dragon Motherboards" just screams loser to begin with, haha.
