Building a New system

I need some recomendations for putting together a system (its my first time building one so no overcloking for now)

my budget is around 700-900 for
mother board
procesor
video card
case, fans
ram
operating system
cdrw/floppy/dvd
hard drive
im going to do some gaming (warcraft 3, neverwinter nights mostly)

either pentium 4 or amd xp is ok (more inclined to pentium 4)

now as for the case I posted it comes with a psu.. which might do u fine.. but I also included a psu in the list.. the tower case might be soemthign u very well dont' want.. but its up to u.. everything listed here comes from Newegg so feel free to look around at what they have to offer..

To make this a P4 system u would just need to get a differnt MB.. and CPU.. as they make ddr ram p4 boards..

Im planning to get some 5.1 speakers thats why i listed a soundcard (anyplace i can get 5.1 spekers cheap besides newegg.?)

What do you all think of these? any hardware conflicts? other recomendations?
Is the heatsink and fan incluided in the cpu good for stock speed or should i get another fan/hs?
