Exchange USA and X-Change Reciprocal Services

Anyone have more information on either of these "companies"? They appear to be pulling off a scam that involves stealing people's checking account and credit card numbers, printing counterfeit checks, and using the checks to buy computers and other electronics from other vendors over the internet. They then resell the merchandise on the internet. X-Change Reciprocal Services used to be in the "business" of supplying phony escrows, but since they've felt some heat from authorities in California about that, perhaps they've moved to this greener pasture. These guys need to be stopped.

It will be MUCH easier to follow if any updates and other inquiries on this topic are reported in the current and ongoing thread rather than starting a new topic.
