Outdoors Co. wont answer RMA

Does anyone know what I can do about a company that wont acknowlde recieving my RMA? I sent it with delivery confirmation, and they recieved it over a week ago. The company is Enet Marketing. It was for an oem Radeon 8500 that worked through about half of one game and then started locking every 2 minutes or less of running a 3d app. How should I go about this?

Although the company has decent ratings, only one of them has encountered their RMA stuff. And it doesn't look good. Though the company seems to be quick about taking your money and giving you an item in return, they're unwilling to take it back. To be honest, you'll be lucky if they even respond.

I ordered some PC2700 from them. They shipped the product, but the RAM was defective. After waiting several days for a response to my request for an RMA, they gave me an RMA. That was 4 weeks ago. I still have not been refunded after several calls to customer support. I would not recommend you do business with this company

Would that be legal for them to not respond? I sent them the video card, I even used delivery confirmation just to make sure that it arrived. This was their response.

{Hello Mark,

I'll go ahead and check the status and will get back to you. It takes upto 3 business days for the process. Thank you.

I assume you paid by credit card. If they sent you a defective product and you have proof that you returned it, then dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Ragtop and Vanguarde are right......... if you paid via credit card and they sent you those emails........ your credit card company can and most probably would reverse the charges for you. I have only had to do that once.........but the credit card company almost always sides with the credit card holder if they have any proof at all. It is up to the RETAILER to show proof that the charge should not be reversed. Good luck.....hope things work out for you.

Grr. I used these guys, and rated them positively. Granted, I got what I paid for, and it worked fine.

If you have delivery confirmation, and it's USPS, contact the post office. The company will LOVE a Mail Fraud charge brought against them (which is what will happen if they claim they didn't receive it, but someone one their property signed for it)...also dispute the charge if possible, post your experience at resellerratings.com and make a complaint with the BBB...
