In the review you said you had your pc for a year when it broke down. Have you tried fixing it?
If something is wrong with it, then you will have to talk to them to get a replacement (I do see their rating is horrible) but have you even tried to figure out if its just something not working right that you could fix yourself?

No, its dead

My PC is dead, and I want my money back. They have stole alot of money from alot of people. I just want my money back....This is not right, what do I have to do to get my money back. The PC is dead. I cant get support from them. I already spent $70 at my local shop trying to fix it, they said, it needs a new motherboard, new CPU, new HD's....They said to contact my vendor, but my vendor is a fruad!!!

I have had my PC for less then 1 year!!!

I'm afraid to inform you that most likely, you will not get your money back. The company cheated you out of your money, and there is not much beyond what is listed on the reseller ratings page that you can do about it.

What's done is done. Take this as a lesson in life. Make sure and do lots of research on any company and/or product that you spend more then $100 on, especially if it's online. This way it won't happen again.

Everyone gets screwed over sometime. It's not fun, but it's best to just grin and bear it, and move on with your life.

no, they cant!

It said they we a member of the BBB!! How was I gonna know? What can I do? How can companies just do this and get away with it? Isnt this against the law? What about the warrenty? Shouldnt digirex be able to fix it? But I cant find them!!! how can they sell me this, lie, take my money and get away with it? I dont understand...

I cant 'just grin and bear it, and move on with your life." thats how they win....I am not a loser and I dont think its right for a company to do this.....I refuse to move on, I want my money back........I spent over $2000 US on my PC, and I want my money back..... where did they go? How can they do this....Cant I press chrages and send them to jail?

Well first of all I agree with surreal that a repair shop there is something wrong if they're saying it needs new cpu/motherboard/harddrives!!

Have you spoken with the BBB about this?
If anybody can bring a lawsuit against diginex it would be them. Or if anything they'd be your best bet to talk to.

I'm wondering how a computer is able to just "die" like yours did.

Did you fry it or something?

Explain the symptoms a bit more.

ok

Well my PC was always unstable since I got it. It would crash, the HD wouldnt show up, Blue screens alot of the time, ...just alot of problems.....Then one day, it just wouldnt turn back on....Nothing, so I open the case, and everything looked ok.

So I took it to the a local shop and the guy their said my PC had major problems...The CPU (AMD 2000XP) , looked used....the HD had a bad sector or something like that, and the mobos compactiators or something like that had over heated.... then he said , "its gonna cost you about them same for a new PC to fix it..."...he the asked where I got it from, I told him DIGIREX.com, and I have had it under 1 year...

he said to call them up and have them fix it under warrent, but their web site was gone! Now I am stuck with a broken PC thats still under warrenty, but the company that sold it to me is GONE!!! Now I dont know what to do. this is very bad

look I found a new link! More fraud on their part!
