Yes, we bought a P4 system from them at work.....first of all Win 2K was not installed correctly. I had to reinstall a week after to get the OS installed so the puter wouldn't lag. They hadn't loaded all the drivers for the hardware they had installed. It's almost like they didn't even operate the puter before they shipped it.
2nd of all they will not provide tech support for Win 2K OEM (which microsoft says is the manufacturers responsibility). We found this out when we tried to contact their techs to help troubleshoot the processor lag that we experienced out of the box.
They barely speak english so it is hard to explain to them what you want or ask them questions?
So I cannot reccomend them.....on another note I opened the case and the puter was assembled very well....all cables neatly tied...etc.....
