gigabyte ga-7dx+ mob $55, lite-on 32x12x40 cdrw $60,
ati aiw 7500 64mb $108, all retail. Could these prices be too
good to be true? the site is not on reselle..... list. would appreciate you views.

No, those prices aren't "too good to be true." For instance, you can buy that same CPU (XP 1800+ retail) from Newegg for just $107 + shipping.

Still, they are good prices, especially compared to what you'll find at stores like BestBuy or CircuitCity.
