Am looking for a good price on either or any suggestions as to an online company that is reputable with good service...a lot to ask for I Know . Anyway I have read lots about both...still doing research but what I see and what I hear and read these two are pretty good digital cameras. If anyone out there has one let me know what you think and where you purchased yours.
I went with buydig.com at $697 for G2. I did read a few negative things about them but the comments were not as bad as the vendors with similar or cheaper prices. Although I ordered when they said all orders were being delayed 2 days due to internal changes, the camera was shipped on the 3rd day. I did add the comment on the application that I wanted to cancel this order if it was gray market. I don't know if that made a difference. Nevertheless, the camera arrived one week after ordering it and I am now a very pleasant buydig custormer and an extremely satisfied G2 owner. In retrospect, I'd probably be happy if I had bought it at full price elsewhere.
