I have never had a problem with NewEgg. The only negative thing I can say is they usually take a couple of days to ship the order. So, I would recommend going for the lowest cost shipping method.

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order before they ship, no exceptions. Then they ship according to the instructions on the order. We do not offer same day shipping. If you need same day shipping, please order from a vendor with such a guarantee!

I think they recently started offering offering faster shipping for a price and if they fail to get the order out on time they will refund the premium they charge. I found this....

Rush Orders: Some orders can be shipped the same day at $2.99 service fee.

So, except for the time they take to get the order shipped, I like them. Their prices are competitive and I've never had a problem.

I've not had a problem with them and I've probably spent that much there over the past year or two. The only grip I have is with some of the customer service reps who seem to have an attitude when you ask questions concerning product specs or details.
