www.computerhq.com rocks

For the past few months I have been building 2 seperate P4 systems Pics Here: http://community.webshots.com/album/27838266fnMXaOsgVm and here: http://community.webshots.com/album/37210479xHbqOC

I wrote this email to www.computerhq.com see the story below to understand why:

Subject: Thank You, Great job!!! Order # xxxx

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am with the service I received concerning order # xxxx.

I spent a week trying to get a Viewsonic VG175 flat panel monitor.

.... .....

I ordered on Thursday at 2pm, Friday at 11am the monitor was delivered to my door, 2 states away, and all for $20 shipping (other companies in CA charge as much as $85 for shipping, by ground), I could not believe it.

I plugged the monitor in, and it is worth every penny, it is just fantastic.

So after a week of dealing with 2 companies that couldn't deliver, and even lied about the status of my order, I am thrilled that

YOU DID DELIVER WITH NO HASSLE AT ALL!!!!!!!

In the last 2 months I have built 2 top of the line PC's spending over $xxxx on parts, with almost all of those purchases made over the internet.
Most orders were trouble free, some were not,

BUT NO ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH HAS COME CLOSE TO YOUR LEVEL OF SERVICE!

I wish I had found you 2 months ago.

Please share this email with your staff, and anyone else.

Thank You,

Martmann

I bought almost all the parts on-line, I am getting the Netgear wireless router and PCI cards from Comp-U-Plus tomorrow (they are great except they demand a signature in person for package delivery, which sux)

Except for the network stuff , the last piece I needed was a Viewsonic VG175 17.4" flat panel monitor, so I went to pricewatch.com and the first place that had them in stock was bzboyz.com (they didn't actually have them in stock, but the website showed them available) so I ordered it from them, on a Saturday, they emailed me right back (on a Saturday) saying that they are not in stock but expected them in soon.

I waited `till Tuesday and canceled the order because www.atacom.com showed them in stock on their web site and was cheaper, I called and they said they had them in stock. later they called and said they had to get one from Florida (they are in CA, I am in WA) but it would ship that day. The next day I went to their website which showed that the order had shipped but there was no tracking #.

So on Thursday when I still didn't have a tracking # I called them ( www.atacom.com ) and they put me on hold for 15 minutes, then said they would call me back within an hour. 2 and a half hours later I called them back (they never called me) 10 more minutes on hold they told me that they hadn't shipped yet and that's why I didn't get a tracking #, I canceled the order and went back to searching.

STAY AWAY FROM ATACOM.COM!!!!!!

go to www.computerhq.com instead

I went down the pricewatch list until I found a place with a VG175 in stock, that was www.computerhq.com I called them asked if it was in stock, they said yes and that it would ship that day if I ordered online. That was 2pm Thursday, 11am Friday it was at my door! All for $20 ground shipping charge (Airborne Express also rocks)! bzboyz charged over $40 for ground, atacom charged $28 for ground. All 3 are in CA.

Oh yeah, the VG175 REALLY ROCKS!!!

This is my first post on this forum, sorry it's so long winded.

Go to www.resellerratings.com and post a comment. They currently have a 4-something rating, so they are desperate for good reviews.
