welcome to techIMO

the oem cards won't clock like the retail ones will

if you did not get what you paid for then contact the company you bought it from for restitution

if it was supposed to come with those items and it did not then you should be able to get them or return it for a refund (subject to whatever policy 30 days most likely)

perhaps they just sent the wrong one and will make good on it

if purchase with a credit card and the retailer will not settle it fairly then contact your credit card company

where did you buy it from?

<edit> duh overclocksystems.com

All 4 of there email addresses went unanswered?

Hmmm...They're a Yahoo store. I would try the Yahoo Buyer Protection first if you used Yahoo Wallet. It's free.

I think these people are related to www.enetshoponline.com (Enet Marketing), where I bought some memory from in December with no problems. They both have a Yahoo Store, and both are located in the City of Industry. Also, I remember seeing that little red box saying OCSystem with the Chinese characters above it on www.enetshoponline.com a couple months ago (it's not there now)-maybe OCSystems is a spinoff of Enet somehow, or something. Just thought I'd share this with ya.
