Looking for Printer supplies

Does anyone know of a good place to buy re-manufactured toner catridges online? I have heard of a couple sites, but I cannot remeber any right this second. Thanks for any help.

Also, slightly unrelated, I am would like to do some minor book binding. I know Kinko's and places like that can do it and I like what they do. I know they have a fancy automatic machine, but I was just wondering if you can do it manually? I really don't know, maye just thought someone would have some ideas. Thanks.

Binding machines I've seen are pretty expensive. Unless you consider duct tape a binding machine .
