The best camcorder vendor?

I'm looking for reliable camcorder vendor.
It's looks like if price is low vendor is pretty bad.
Anybody knows reliable vendor with good prices on miniDV camcorders?

I'm going to buy miniDV Camcorder Canon ZR20-45.

bhphotovideo.com is 100% reliable. They sell at very low prices (although you have to email them to get a quote a lot of the time), and they always come through. I've bought a number of things from them, and always happy.

I don't know what prices you have seen for this camera but I bought a digital camera from here last month. I got it in 2 days and for $50 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen.
