Coriolis a troll?

I ordered five books from Coriolis's website. They charged me for all five books and shipped me only four. The packing slip said they shipped five, but it's wrong. Repeated emails have been returned as undeliverable and repeated phone calls get busy signals. What's up with them?

I did finally get the book I ordered. But I too did not get a response ever when I emailed them about the ship date. Coriolis is going out of business, and they have fired a lot of staff. I bet, due to the clearance sale, that they are swamped with orders as well. Those two are a bad combination. Good luck.

Thanks all. I've been out of town and out of touch for a few days.

Socalgal, the site is www.coriolis.com, but the site is gone. Any email sent to that domain gets bounced back, and any phone calls result in busy signals or no answer. I still haven't received my fifth book, but I'm going to fight them through the credit card company. I simply won't pay for the book or the associated taxes/shipping.

Just goes to show that even large, well known companies like Coriolis can turn into lowlifes in a heartbeat.
