Kids Star-components.com, where's the rating?

I bought a processor from star-components.com last year and rated them here at resellerratings.com. My rating was also posted up and now I can't even find star-components.com in the database. What is going on? Also, my rating of them wasn't bad so I don't see why they, or anyone else for that matter, would want it removed. The reason I was checking was I ran across another vendor that is using the exact same layout as star-components.com is presently using, just different prices and some different hardware for sale.

Please, oh please reseller Gods, please enlighten me!

BTW Welcome to TechIMO!

Oh wait! I figured it out I think! Internet.com dropped reseller raitings, and so Scott (our founder) was extremly cool and started it up again! I think that made all the posts go away. Sorry

That wasn't the place, bob. The place I'm talking about is this: http://www.star-components.com

I'm sorry to hear that when Internet.com dropped resellerratings that they just dumped all the input that came in while they owned it. They had some ratings and comments that could have saved people a lot of heartache and pain.

Actually, we chose not to import the ratings and comments from october 2001 to march 2002 because there was question as to whether or not the site was being maintained to prevent fraudulent entries. No data is better than bogus data.

People check RR to see ratings, and if a company isn't listed, that's almost as suspicious as a bad rating, IMO. You can add the company's name via the menu link and I'm sure customers will begin rating it.

Speaking of off the base...

Is Antares going to be added? I'm just curious...I've never purchased from them, but have seen them on PW. Their website seems to require a password, so nogo there. Oh...it's almost time for the AMD broadcast...gotta go!
