I haven't been to this site in a while and now that I'm trying to use it again, I'm totally confused. I think that the former scale for rating averages was 1-7, whereas now I'm seeing 9.4 and other 7+ ratings for some resellers.

The FAQ didn't answer my scoring questions and I can't seem to find a rating score synopsis anywhere on the site. This should be disclosed on the front page or at least have a link to it.

I will be writing an article/brief quite soon on how the site works behind the scenes, what the ratings mean, what we're trying to do, etc. Indeed, the scale goes from 0 to 10 now, with 10 being best. Using "7" was always flawed, as 10 is much easier to conceptualize.
