New Detailed Ratings!!!

We now have a way for you to access some of the other ratings for the companies.

This includes:
Overall customer satisfaction
Pricing of products and services
Likelihood of customers making future purchases
Overall delivery process
Overall technical support
Overall product replacement service

I also changed the graphs, to include some more information for comparing the results of the ratings. You can now see how many reviews were made on each rating. We also display the three averages of other company scores for this same type of rating. The Average of all resellers, the High Average, and Low Average. Each average gets a corresponding mark on the graph that appears as a light black line.

There are little boxes with question marks to the right of each average. When clicked, a popup window is displayed explaining that particular average, how it is calculated, and where it is located on the graph.

We hope these averages help you to determine how a particular company is rated in comparison to the majority of other companies.

Excellent! The biggest thing that I liked about the old RR was the catagorized ratings, and thats back now (and even better now)

The averages are also seem very useful.
