I've bought from from them once. Turned out there was a problem with my debt card (my bank's fault) and they promptly called me to get it worked out. They then shipped my order the next day and everything arrived in good order. I would order from them again.

I had a different experience than those that posted above. I had many problems. The customer service manager is an A$$. Make sure you check the www.resellerratings.com.I posted my response on there.

Yea I did check the reviews and it made me real nervous but they are the only ones that have the Voodoo 4 4500 and I would really like to get my hands on one????Don't know what to do!

fell in love with voodoo cards when they were at their highlight never had a driver conflict or any problems but on the othe hand i've got a nvidia TNT 2 that i've had all kinds of probs from and would like to get it out of my sons box"pos"(piece of @#**)

So far so good. I have had to rma some motherboards that were dual processor AMD stuff and the tech department cross-shipped. Will have to see how soon the funds are returned, The gigabyte motherboards was gigabytes fault as the flash program was the wrong version. As for the ASUS dual motherboard the floppy section wouldn't work. We handled it all over text chat and as I said I will have to wait till the funds are adjusted to the credit card.
If you have an unusual part to order or need something shipped fast call first to find if it is in stock and how many left and that say you need next day that they get on it verbally the web orders I have found are slower usually. Some times the 4 hours later they are still waiting for vias confirmation cause they haven't run it and theirfor a 7 pound package 2nd day ain't going to make it if you don't prod these companies. Now to clarify the last paragraph did not apply to Axion (yet for me). but may sometimes and happens in other companies. Also if u need something fast just put the one or 2 items in the fast shipment, 10 other 3 dollar items will most like increase the likelyhood of delay problems and hastles. In the shipping notes on tons of misc parts tell them to ship a partial order, dam if 1 thing will hold an order or not get the others in a box.
