Hmmmm, where to start. Advertised XP Pro Full OEM for $141.99, good price. As we all know, OEM software should be sold only with a hardware purchase (Mobo, CPU, HDD, etc). Paid via CC and a few weeks later, an OEM version of XP HOME arrives. Call them up and t sounded liie some young guy and he said they were out of XP Pro and that he was sorry. Sent back via RMA as they authorized and still have not received the refund and it's been a few weeks. Well, hate to say it, but, they have been reported to the BSA for selling OEM software without hardware. They were glad to take the report

If they would have simply just either 1.) Refunded the money or 2.) ASKED if XP Home would have been ok and let me refuse and request the refund everyhting would have been fine. What is your take on this guys?
