I placed an order with Buy.com on Friday for a 125 channel WinTV USB tv tuner. I paid $8 for the overnight shipping. I've yet to receive it

. I understand that some companies don't ship on Saturday so I figured I would wait until Monday to check the status. Still the same - "sent to warehouse". From what I can find from thier site, that means the order was approved and waiting to ship. Me thinks not in stock??? The site claimed the item was in stock when I ordered it.
I am starting this thread to find out if any of y'all have dealt with them and how it went. I intend to evaluate them when I get some more information - be it good or bad. I sent them an email this morning.
I always check out a retailers standing and read the reviews at ResellerRatings before I deal with the company. Rule of thumb for me is not to order from a company that doesn't have an 800 number and I went against it this time

. I order 90% of my computer parts online (a couple of grand a month) for the systems I build. I'm not really concerned at this point about a $100 TV card but if the order was for a complete system(s) for a grand or so, I'd be pretty hot that I can't contact a human being to find out what's going on.
I really am very interested in other members expeirence with Buy.com - good or bad before I review them - I'm trying to give them the benefit of doubt at this point and keep an unbiased attitude right now.
