Hi,
My name is Elchonon, many years ago as a teenager I started selling online... I came up with Thriftycomputer.com because, get this, I love Thrift shops. So my idea was to offer great deals, great service and a great site.

Fast forward 4 years and it all went downhill, I have some health issues, suppliers, bad practices, partners you name it.
Its now almost 2 years that I re-took control of the company and set out to turn it around.

I honestly believe that reviews are important as a way to listen to buyers and make improvements. But still, I want to ask you guys here; what is it that you want the most when you shop ? what do you rank as most important ?

I was turned off to see industry wide high restocking fee's, pitiful return policy's, horrific customer service and so on.

So, the balls in your court... hit me with your suggestions, comments, complaints you name it.. if you bought from us and were not fully satisfied, let us know too we can resolve that and ensure its never repeated.
