I had the worst experience with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The kicker is that they act like nobody is at fault. "Oh, I see what happened......" "the rest of your order will arrive in an additional week and a half." "You're welcome...." No apologies, no concern, nothing. You just deal with it. Well I'm dealing with it by letting everyone else know about it.
The actual people's chemist, Shane Ellison, puts out good information, but if he wants his business to succeed, he needs to fire the slacker, no good for nothing idiot answering the phone. Unfortunately, it's probably a family member or brother-in-law, so that will probably never happen.
That's too bad. All it takes to ruin a business is to piss off your customers. There's an easy remedy to that, but most small businesses fail miserably in this area.
I don't care how good a product is, if this is the kind of customer service you provide... see ya!
