Ok, now they wrote me back.
Dear Mr. Graham,
Thank you for contacting Airsoft Megastore. I apologize for the confusion in your situation as we definitely do not reimburse for third party repairs. Do you have any documentation of the claim regarding us reimbursing you the charge? (THEY KNOW I WAS TOLD THIS OVER THE PHONE!!) If you can provide a ticket number documenting the offer then we will investigate, and be more than happy to reimburse you for it, however without the written proof there is nothing we can do. The only other option would be is we can issue an RMA to have the gun sent back to us so we can repair the gun at no cost to you (AND ITS ALREADY FIXED). We can also send you a return shipping label that will cover the cost to ship the gun back to us.
I know you stated you called in, and I was actually monitoring a call when you spoke to my representative Tim (SO NOW MIKE DOES EXIST!?!?!?!)who explained to you that we do not offer third party repairs. He informed you that having another airsoft store repair your gun voids the warranty with us. He also informed you that we will make a one-time exception in having the gun returned to us for repair even though another airsoft store was about to do the repair (ALREADY HAD IN AND REPAIRED). At the time, you stated that you will go and get the gun back to have it sent to us so our technicians could repair the gun (NO I SAID I DIDNT KNOW IF I COULD GET THE GUN BACK TO YOU....CUZ ITS ALREADY BEEN FIXED).
Regarding your claim of that we sent you a used gun; I show no mention of that in your original email or in any of your responses until now. We do not sell used items, and pose them as new. All guns are brand new straight from the manufacturer. If you had stated the gun was used, we would have asked for the gun back, and sent you a new gun.
THEY KNOW VERY WELL THEY TOLD ME THIS OVER THE PHONE AND THEN TRIED TO RECANT THIS.
Well looks like ill have to file a dispute...this is fraud.
