I am in the very weird situation that i started a lawsuit against an online swimwear manufacturer that took my money and failed to deliver the order when/as agreed. this company is called opera fashion group and the owner is sueli costa. they are found at

the judge found them both liable and responsible, but guess what? they refuse to pay, have closed bank accounts, have moved, now hide behind a PO BOX number with no real address and there is nothing i can do about it, yet they continue their business online as without a care in the world.
Here is the story:
I hired Sueli Costa and her company Opera Fashion Group in 2008 i thought they were a legitimate company doing business in new york, it turned out they were not registered to do business with the state and only registered a company with a different registration after i started the lawsuit.
I ordered a private line order with them (which means i designed and they were going to produce a line of bathing suits and accessories for my own line, so i would sell online. several months went by and this woman and her company sent me defective merchandise, merchandise completely different than what i ordered, things that were unfinished, dirty and totally wrong.
Sueli Costa and her company Opera Fashion Group, refused to take returns, return my money and simply stopped communicating. after a long period of a trial in Civil Court New York, the judge awarded me $25,000 plus damages having found Sueli Costa AND Opera Fashion Group INC liable and responsible. Sueli Costa refuses to pay the judgment and closed all her bank accounts yet she continues to do business online.
There is an outstanding judgment i cannot collect on because this woman is "very creative" in hiding in plain sight and i cannot find her, even though her website is up and running. Please see the pictures posted here of the court judgment and you will see is all true.
