I had previously ordered from them and was very pleased.

So on December the seventh, I ordered again...

A fortnight later, I had not received the item and checked to see where it was being tracked...

There so called tracking only indicated that the book was shipped on the thirteen!!! Sick days to get the book out of their warehouse and shipped....

I sent an email explaining the problem...Never heard back..

I sent a second email...Never heard back...

29 days after placing the order, I had a charge back done by my CCC....

I am completely dissatisfied with this book seller and will never order another book from them...

I wish I could do a review of this company, however, RR does not allow for that, since the order was not completed...

The book arrived on January 21, six weeks after ordering it...

It was promptly returned to the post office...
