I recently registered my (tiny) online store with ResellerRatings to get reviews. Today I was about to email my customers to ask them to write a review when I noticed a problem.
This is the page I understand I should send my customers to:
Diamond Hill Dolls - diamondhilldolls.com - Reviews, Ratings and Prices at ResellerRatings
On this page there is a prominent red message saying "Diamond Hill Dolls currently does NOT actively participate at ResellerRatings to monitor feedback and resolve your issues."
This message will not inspire confidence at all. I cannot send my customers to a page with this message.
I am wondering why this message is there and how do I get rid of it?
