Anyone know whom I can contact to get my money back from this place, as they will not respond to e-mails or phone calls, since they got my bank transfers, for a $1100.00 TV?
I paid them for the cost of the TV, on the website,About 2 days later I get an e-mail with a UPS tracking number. I advise them the number don't show up on UPS records. About two weeks later I get an e-mail saying customs has detained the shipment and I am to pay customs a 50% tax to get it out.
I can pay them or customs, If I pay them, they will deal with customs to get the TV.
I opted to pay them, ( another $522.00) have not heard from them since.
I ordered the TV on 11/12/10
