ALLPMP refund (please help me)

I ordered an item from this website ALLPMP. I sent it back with my own money and it's been more than two months now and still no email nor the refund. Where can I complain and get my money back. I am from the Philippines and I used a debit card through Paypal service. Please please help.....

Contact PayPal and file a complaint. Also, if your debit card has the visa logo on it, contact your bank to initiate a charge back. Hope this helps.
