Just got burned by these guys. They sold me a Samsung UNC557000WF listed as brand new. I started having problems within a few days of delivery and found that the serial number had been tampered with. I was able to decipher it and Samsung confirmed that it was a refurb.
These guys will also tell you that they will register your product for warranty for you. This is a lie so that you do not contact the manufacturer.

Their prices are starting to show up on Nextag and other sites and there is very little about them on the web. Filed complaints with BBB, IC3 and credit card.

This is not a company you want to do business with. Just received a 'new' TV that was supposed to come with a 12 month warranty only to find out it is refurbished with a 30 day warranty.
