There is ALWAYS an exception to the rule... FYI - they had no problem OVER billing us - still owe me a refund - but you have to fight the credit card company, etc.... JUST NOT WORTH THE RISK! Just look at the BBB - they have HORRIBLE ratings EVERYWHERE - so it isn't just me...
Best of Luck - I hope you don't have any problems! - But they screwed us enough that I stay active on these boards to hopefully save someone else the heart ache. They consistently get an F - and until they step up and refund my money and make our situation right... they get an F.
Trust me... I AM NOT holding my breath. They are a horrible company!
