There used to be individual ratings for each category (returns, price, customer service... things like that) not just an overall score. Will these be returning?
This is still part of the site. Once a seller has enough ratings with the new system we have put in place you will see a link below the main graph that will show you the detailed graphs for each seller. Right now many of the sellers do not show this graph yet because not enough information has been collected about them at this point.
This feature is still in place and works a lot more efficient than the previous way it was done.
The detailed stats page was temperarily taken out of the site, because it had a few problems. We wanted to launch the site, so we had to launch without it. I'm working on fixing the problem so we can put that page back in soon.
