Puget Systems

I have recently purchased a new computer form Puget Systems. It was a very pleasant experience with no guessing as to cost, and personal needs. Immediately upon selecting components, a live chat will come up and help you through selections of hardware, if you have some doubts about one option or another. If you prefer, you can set up a phone appointment to go over the concerns you may have about your choices.

The product is shipped in a timely manner and packed very carefully so that the likelihood of any shipping damage is very remote.

The system is exactly as advertised and extremely well made. I have had systems from other large scale venders and will not go back. Puget Systems is far and away superior in all phases of selection and completion of a custom computer order. I could not have done it any better were I capable of making a superior system on my own.

You also receive a binder with all testing documentation of the systems components and their number of operations performed in testing. As well as any contact info for the hardware manufactures of the componenets used. That alone, is extremely useful information should you need it. Best of all, if you have any questions or concerns about your system, you can call them directly or e-mail and get a reply without any bureaucratic runaround.

I will be buying another system from them when my other computer retires. That is for sure. Puget Systems was a real find for me, but then again I have had some good luck in my life.

leinssa is on a distinguished road
They are also very expensive for what you get. I rather forego a binder and save a few hundred bucks. If the system is under warranty, why would you need the contact information for the hardware manufacturers? Doesn't Puget handle the warranty side of things for you?
