I have to agree that CyberpowerPC has some real "Customer Service" issues.
I am glad to hear that some folks have had great luck with their Computers from CyberpowerPC.
Pray that you never need "customer service" because they don't have any. Here is a clue:
They don't provide any type of "Extended Warranty".
Most Companies that have even partial faith in thier Product would love to sell you an "Extended Warranty", but not CyberpowerPC.
That seems to be part of the way they do buisness.
Pray that if you ever have a problem, you must, MUST, MUST have it in the first year from the date you purchase it. They start counting "Warranty" days from the date that is listed as the "Order Date".
Don't think for a second that the time THEY HAVE YOUR COMPUTER dealing with a "Warranty Issue" will be held "outside the Warranty Period".
It's one year from the date on the Invoice.
Anything they can do to eat up the time that your unit is "under warranty"......
"Being on hold for hours"..."Waiting for a response to your Email"..."Trying to climb the ladder to speak to a Supervisior"....
All these "Time Wasting Methods" will be used.
And when that "Warranty Period" is over you find out quickly that "CyberpowerPC" is no longer "There for you".
In fact I had a CD/DVD burner fail and they sent me a defective unit as a replacement. I paid for the shipping on the "failed unit" and the "defective replacement" was all a part of burning up Warranty Time I feel.
You will pay for the low price of your unit. It's not a matter of "if" it's a matter of "when".
Within a month of receiving my "Dream Computer" I had the motherboard fail, so I ship it back and they "fix it"...since then I have had the Video Card fail, the Hard Drive fail, the 2nd CD/DVD unit fail, the cooling system fail, and soon it seems I will have replaced my entire system.
The CyberpowerPC Company has no "Moral Compass" , they have no idea that some things should be done simply because, "It's The Right Thing To Do".
I love my new Computer, because it seems, I've built it.
What you wind up paying in Grief and Rage with CyberpowerPC far outweighs any savings you've made.
Oh, and by the way, if there is anything wrong or missing with your Computer when you receive it, you have 7 (SEVEN) days to deal with that problem.
They live by the "Small Print".
