Their tech support can't authorize a RMA even if they determine the produce is dead. The transfer you to RMA dept.
RMA Department can't setup an RMA over the phone. It has to be done online, by fax, or by mail.
Bad call quality. We could barely understand each other.
THREE WEEK turn around time after they receive the defective product before they send it back.
No one at their company gives a flip about the customer.
Customer pays shipping to Gigabyte.
No cross shipping.
Absolutely the worse tech support experience I've ever had. Seriously, who can't setup an RMA over the phone!?
