Where are the actual user reviews?

Hi,

I found resellerratings.com a week ago when looking for a new computer and researching sellers. Last week I was able to see what people actually wrote about sellers AND ratings based on customer service, prices, shipping, returns, etc.
Now I only see ONE overall rating and NO actual comments. I find this MUCH less useful than the old system. You seem more seller driven than buyer oriented.

Will the users be able to see the comments of others in the future?? What about the multi-part ratings?

That is weird. I can see comments on every seller. Maybe you just caught them at a time when the were upsdatng the database. I clicked on Find A Reseller. Then i went to the letter of the Company, then i clicked on the company name and that brought up the page with the comments & score.

I looked again. I still cannot see the user comments. I even checked the top 10 vote getting companies, just in case the old comments didn't get posted on the new system. Not one of the top 10 vote getting companies (starting with buy.com) has any comments that I can see, whether I am logged on or not. I am looking only 1 1/2 hours after you did.

I JUST looked at the #1 guy and saw all sorts of user comments.. maybe we're misunderstanding something

If you are using Netscape, you may not see those reviews. I've been using version 4.5 and couldn't see anything below the rating for a vendor. I came back in using IE and can now see the reviews.

I can see it in Opera 6.0 just fine

The problem was due to some bad syntax in the html. There were some missing tags, and misplaced tags.

I fixed the problem and it should display ok now.

Thanks, I was using Netscape 4.7something. I know that sometimes Netscape doesn't show pages properly but had forgotten to try IE in this case. Now the comments are shown even with Netscape.
