My review disappeared in the changeover :(

I reviewed a company called "Enet Marketing" in December of last year. It took a month or so to appear in the listing, but it did appear, along with another review of the company by somebody else, under a different listing with a slightly different spelling. My review was positive, the other person's was negative. Both have disappeared. The company was not listed prior to my post.

I had the same thing happen - a negative review of ComputerStop.com no longer exists. Should I resubmit the review (I still have the original text) or will this issue be resolved?

A: Please read our press release and history page for details about the change in ownership of ResellerRatings. It is our view that the comments and ratings submitted to ResellerRatings from late September 2001 to March 2002 are not reliable. In re-launching ResellerRatings, we imported all users from the "old" ResellerRatings.com site, but we imported ratings and comments from 1998 up until late September 2001.

Oops - my review exists in one place, but the company is listed twice: as Computerstop.com, and Computer Stop (compstop.com). Is there a procedure to combine reviews for the same company under two (slightly) different names?

Well, I added the company, or tried to, but it still doesn't appear on the list, and of course I can't rate it or enter a comment until it's on the list. Hmmm.

I added one a few weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up, I wonder how long the approval list is??

We are in the process of adding these new resellers to the database. There has been a large number of new resellers submitted and it takes time and programming to implement them efficiently. You should start seeing the sellers you submitted by the end of the week.
