Ebay Customer Service Sucks

I spent over 90 minutes dealing with asking a simple question to ebay customer service rep on Chat. I had a question on why I was overcharged to list three items on basic listing fees. After waiting 35 min Catherine came on, she said she could not answer that question she would have to send me to team that handles. 15 min later I get Craig asking me to repeat my questions which I thought they kept a running thread on, after I typed in my same question again, he said he would have to research after 10 min he came back and said he would be with me soon. Almost 25 min later my session was terminated and I was placed my in line again to ask my question all over again. I was then number 22 in line which I decided it was not worth it. I am going back to Craigs List. Simple and one of my items that was listed in Ebay sold faster on Craigs list. So I do not see all hype on Ebay. After researching my problem, I see I am not the only one that has had problems like this.
