indocigs.com and Balipayment Scam
I buy cigarettes from indocigs.com, this is my second order. I've been getting packages from the first order. but on the second order (10/06/2010) I bought about $860, and I have completed the payment to balipayment. balipayment is a merchant from indocigs.com. but until now, my order status is still pending. I've sent mail to balipayment and indocigs.com but they never respond to my mail.
therefore, you should never buy from this site or merchant balipayment.
