Not if you're getting exactly what you paid for. If I order a cheeseburger and small fries at McDonald's, do I have a right to be angry if they don't give me medium fries?

However... lesson learned. If I want overnight shipping in the future, I should go ahead and pay the $80 fee for overnight shipping... or if I want 2-day shipping, I should pay the $55 fee for 2-day shipping. 367 miles away or not... the fee must be paid. Lesson learned LOUD and CLEAR.
Or you could have used UPS, which can deliver packages early. Newegg does give you that option.

Yes, there is always UPS... and their rather interesting package handling antics. So your right... I could use UPS and get an early delivery of a potentially banged up box that looks like it was used to play street hockey... or I can use FedEx and get whatever shipping I pay for.

Of course, that isn't really Newegg's fault so this is a convo topic for another time. Newegg can't be held accountable for the way UPS handles it's packages.

Newegg != Egghead

Newegg is not related to Egghead, and never has been.

Nor can they be held accountable for how long it takes FedEx to deliver its packages.

Is this guy really serious? Umm...helloo? The lights are on but no one's home. Obviously they had to have this in their system as part of a bundle...so whats the big deal? Did you pay for it, no. Did they screw you, no. Were they "advertising" it a you say, I doubt it. Are you an idiot, yes. You obvioulsy happened across a page that was supposed to be hidden for the bundle. Dude, they wouldnt even let you add it to the cart, so why so pissed? Use common sense, realize what it is and take it for that. Not a big deal really. Just have a little understanding and chill out your sense of entitlement for the sake of everyone else you deal with on a daily basis. If you got all mad because of this, I can only imagine how you act in the grocery store when they checkout line light turns off right before you get there. I can hear your "false advertising" arguemet now....

It wasn't false advertising. You failed to read the entire listing. It clearly reads in red: This item can only be purchased with a combo.
