Ordered and was supposed to receive a discount with a code I entered and it did not happen....received a message 10 days later that the order was shipped UPS with no tracking number but it said I could track it (NOT)......Order arrived 4 days later and was already late for the present I needed it for.....Received another email 4 days after the package arrived showing the UPS number.
Who does the computer and form work for these people? Do they need help? I am great a customer service and was QUITE disappointed in this company.
Will think VERY seriously about ordering anything from them again.....
