I purchased 4 bottles of Amarige by Givenchy from fragranceshop.com on Dec.12. My wife opened one up on Jan. 28th when she ran out of the old bottle. This new one is bad, first time that this has ever happened to us. I contacted fragranceshop.com and they said that we had to eat the opened bottle since the 30 day period had just expired, but we could send the 3 unopened bottles back if we paid for shipping.
I feel that they are not reputable because they mask not standing behind their merchandise with the 30 day period and what about us paying shipping on the others?
I told them that if we were not made satisfied customers that we would twitter, blog, contact better business bureau, etc.. and I have waited a few days without a response. Game on big company from small consumer!
A truer name would be fragranceshop.CON for con artists.
