Radford Brothers refunds ?

Ordered a printer tray for a HP printer from them on June 8, 2009 and instead of charging me when it was shipped, charged me immediately. Item was out of stock and no longer available. I asked for a refund. Now it is February 6, 2010 and all I've heard from them is we will check to see if we can get the item and we will let you know.

And SEVEN MONTHS Ago - did you get with your CC company and dispute the charges?

Radford Brothers - no refunds

I had a similar experience. They weren't able to deliver. I requested a refund. They didn't provide it. Each time I followup they say they will check on it. Their process seems intended to prevent contact with them and to separate you from both your money and the product you ordered.

You guys must really want their products bad, if you are willing to wait more than thirty days....

I am sorry, but this thread and its content is rather laughable...

This Thread is a joke

This is the system administrator for the Radford Brothers website. There is a CRM customer service system attached to the Contact Us or Help link on the website. If you would take the time to process a ticket your issue will be resolved. Anonymous posts like "where is my order" with an email that was not used for making the order goes absolutely no where other than the trash. We would not even have a clue as to who you are or your order #. Follow the instructions on the website customer service telephone# which is on the website and it tells you "exactly" what to do. If you do it you will get an educated response.

If you leave a precise voice mail Like My Name is , my order number is, my confirmation number is. Your voice mail is recorded transcribed and a ticket is automatically created and will be sent to you to respond to.

Name, Order Number, Confirmation number that is all that is needed and you will get an email with a resolution window to address your issue.

Current technology stuff !

Customer Service for Customers with orders is the phone # you want to use..

If you would spend the time that you have spent here on this social media stuff you could resolve your customer service issue within our system.
