I just need to get this off my chest!

I placed an order with an online company called Your Store Online

I found their link though one of Amazon's merchant's sites, and it has
been one of the my worst online shopping experience ever!

I am here to advice anyone and everyone to never use this company.
Please pass this on to others: Save yourself and them the heartache
and disapoitment!

Do not order anything from yourstoreonline or any of its so-called affiliates!

They delivery is Horrible. Their quality is Horrible. (It,s all China Junk!)
They do not sell Licensed Products. Items are not the item advertised.
Items are junk coppies of the advertisments. The items come with
No packaging except the shipping box.

What they do have is:
Horrible Shipping charges.
Horrible delivery time.
Horrible packaging.
Horrible quality

What a Horrible experience!!!

Do yourself a favor before you decide to order from this company!
Read their coustomer post on their web site first. I wish I had!

Don't buy from Ascendtech! Their support really plain sucks. Check this out! We purchased over $300.00 worth of new gear from them around Christmas. A new motherboard and some ram. Everything arrived just fine, but when we installed the motherboard and ram, one stick of ram failed. We called Ascendtech and they said that something must have happened to the ram in transit. Yea right! Impossible, as ram is always packed quite nicely from the manufacturer. It was just faulty, so no big deal right! Well, that is what we thought. We figured they would simply send us some new ram and provide an RMA for the the faulty ram. That is what Tiger Direct would do... Not so! Ascendtech said that we must pay the shipping back to them for the faulty part and eat the cost! Well, I already paid for shipping when I purchased the product in the first place. Why should anyone pay shipping once again for a faulty return item. It is not the cost that bothers me, just their return policy. If you purchase something from them and it proves faulty. You will need to pay to send the faulty item back to them. Crazy! Does the Mfr charge them for returns of faulty product? Get this, Ascendtech said the product was good when they shipped it to us because that they test all of their products before shipping. Big "ridiculous" lie. I asked them if they open the Mfr motherboard packaging up and set the boards up in a chassis to test! The idiot at Asendtech just stopped talking at that point. Again, stupid! They did send us new ram and everything worked great once installed. I told them I would never purchase from them again. They told me, that they did not want me as a customer. Why, because I questioned their crappy return policy. I promised them I would let folks know about this. With so many places to purchase computer gear, why would you choose Ascendtec? Buyer Beware!
