BHphotovideo stealing canon rebates
Currently canon has a rebate where buying canon T1i + ef-s 55-250mm gets an instant rebate of $200. According to canon, having the camera and telelens combo in the same invoice qualifies for the rebate. BHphotovideo sells the camera for 759.95 and telelens for 255.00, but when you want to buy them together, they want to charge $1099.98. When I asked them why it is expensive to buy them together, CSR told me it is the upcharge for the convenience of buying two items in the same time. Not one but 3 CSRs gave me the same response. Bottomline, BH is stealing the customer's rebate. And this is not the first time they are doing it. Atleast, in the previous instances, they had an excuse that canon raised the prices on the same day of the rebate, but now, the cat is out of the bag.
