BEWARE OF EASYSPEEDY ON AMAZON

Beware of easyspeedy operating on amazon marketplace. my 17 year old daughter bought an ipod classic off her , when it arrived the ear phone jack was faulty , she contacted the seller ,who was rude and unhelpful . the seller claimed she would be twenty pounds out of pocket in amazon fees if she refunded my daughters money. my daughter took pity on her and agreed to a replacement. when my daughter sent the faulty ipod off the seller claimed it wasnt the same one and is now trying to con my daughter. however tis seller easyspeedy is not the cleverest conwoman as she sent photos of the ipod when she sold it to my daughter ,with the serial no on it , which does not match the serial number she claims to have sent, not only that she also put her signature on the photos, amazon are in the process of getting my daughter a refund, but i warn you all , beware of esyspeedy.

I had a similar problem with them but luckily my amount was refunded...

I have been pretty lucky using the "other" sellers at Amazon, but have found that when I have taken my problem to Amazon after getting nowhere with the problem sellers, that Amazon takes care of you.

Amazon is, as a group, smart enough to realize that the customers are the actual source of their success, and in the end they will look out for you.

Thanks for the EasySpeedy warning. Chances are they won't be around long conducting business like that.
