Never ever try memoryhouse!!!
I ordered an item on Nov. 24. It says "Usually ships in 1-2 business days". But it was not shipped on Nov. 26, so I asked. They replied "we currently are waiting for a new shipment from Kingston, this is expected in either late this week or early next." I waited and waited, and even didn't order a very good deal in newegg! On Dec. 2, Wednesday, already past the time they mentioned in last email, I emailed them again. They said, "We are actually still waiting for our shipment from Kingston, we are expecting this any day. Note that if for any reason, you do not wish to wait, we do allow customers to change, or even cancel, any item that has not yet been shipped. If you do require further assistance, or have any questions, just let us know." It's their fault! I need the card as soon as possible! How can they force me to cancel the order? Then I asked what exact time they will ship the card, but get the same reply today Dec. 3. So I have to cancel the order as they told.
I'm very very angry! How can they sell a card which is out of stock? And it's their fault, but they don't take any responsibility, and I am the one who have to cancel the order! It takes one and a half weeks, but the card hasn't been shipped forever! I can't even take a single photo in one and a half weeks!!!
