Newegg - what percentage restocking fee?

i'm considering buying a digital camera from newegg, but i can't figure out what would be the restocking fee if i needed to return the camera.

i'm looking at this page:
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

and all i can find is "Restocking Fee: Yes".

am i just missing something obvious? or is there another place on their website where the restocking fee is spelled out? or are they being deliberately non-specific?

May I exchange my RMA'd item for a different product?

No. Unfortunately, we do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA'd item with a an identical replacement item of the same make and model.
