People be adviced don't buy from these thugs. Customer service if they called that customer service is a joke, a Zoo of very unprofessional people.

The order as stated in their website was going to be shipped either UPS or FeDex guess what? I am still waiting for it. They gave me a tracking number for the USPS who lost track of the item in California! I live in Texas! When i contacted TheNerds I wrote: Hello it has been 20 days since i placed this order with you and i haven't received it. And the reply: Your product has shipped out to you via USPS under tracking number 9102106642866510898440I have tracked your package for you on USPS website and the information provided shows that this item is still in transit to you. If you have any questions or concerns please respond to this email.

To which I replied: Hello Mrs. De La Torre I do have a concern since this order is taking so long to get to me. When i bougth this item I was under the assumption that it was to be shipped by FedEx or UPS not the USPS and it was not going to take 3 or 4 weeks. I do have a problem since you weren't forthcoming about your shipping options; that is misleading the customer ma'am which is also going to affect my rigths if i decide to return the item since it will be more than the 30 days from the time i placed the order. I tried to follow the item via USPS and still shows in transit from California and that is since Oct 29 that was a week ago. Needless to say I tried calling and get a resolution to this and Mr. Eric one from CS said I have to find were the product is? Me? The Buyer? I don't think so! It is my fault no doubt about it! But only from buying from them.
