Defective lumber from Flooringwarehousedirect.com

We purchased 2100 square feet of 4" white oak select unfinished flooring from this retailer. The wood was milled by Taylor Lumber in Ohio. The flooring cupped and we hired a National Wood Flooring inspector to do an analysis, which stated that the lumber was over dried. I forwarded the report to the retailer and Taylor. Taylor's sales manager, who I understand is not a NWFA inspector, denied the claim. The inspector responded to Taylor's denial citing NWFA guidelines. This defective is costing of thousands of $$$$ and we are not getting paid.

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can get retailer and supplier to live up to the warranty? Thanks for your suggestions

Complain to your local BBB and report it to your state's attorney general.
